Market rent reviews
We assist clients with valid market rent reviews to establish the current annual market rental for the premise, in compliance with the lease and Retail Leases Act 2003 (Vic).
Termination
Advising client on status and options under the lease, preparing and issuing notice of breach of lease and assisting in respect of termination of lease as required.
Abandoned tenant’s goods
Advising and assisting clients regarding tenant’s abandoned goods, and steps and legal processes to remove such goods as required.
Managing the leasing process
Monitoring important milestones for landlord/ tenant regarding dates to exercise options, rent review and notices as required.
